With nearly a decade of experience in property management and a background in janitorial service sales, we know what a well-maintained building should look like. We also know when it’s falling short—and how to spot it.

Our job isn’t to inspect—it’s to report. We walk the building, snap clear photos inside and out, and fill out a checklist that covers everything from your property's curb appeal to the interior cleanliness, all the way to the back yard or parking lot. We note the cleanliness and condition of your asset and provide details on all other concerns that impact your bottom line or tenant experience.
